Broderia Apparel – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Broderia, we craft premium embroidered hoodies designed to last, and we want to get them into your hands as safely and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and processes below.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

UK Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri) and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

International Shipping We offer worldwide shipping to ensure anyone can wear their story.

  • Europe: Typically 5-10 business days.

  • Rest of World (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): Typically 7-14 business days.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Broderia LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the courier's system.
